Counsellor Directory
This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description
You wake up already on edge. Your mind races before your feet hit the floor. You overthink everything—conversations, decisions, texts you sent days ago. You try to stay calm, but your body always feels like it’s bracing for something.
I offer counselling for adults who are overwhelmed by constant overthinking, self-criticism, and fears of the future. If you’re struggling with anxiety, adult ADHD, or low self-esteem, you don’t need to figure it out alone.
As a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, I combine empathy, honesty, and evidence-based strategies to help you build the kind of relationship with yourself that actually lasts.
Together, we’ll get to the root of what’s holding you back — and teach you how to:
- Trust yourself and your future
- Let go of the pressure to do it all perfectly
- Build self-esteem and confidence
- Break free from burnout and self-blame
- Take action even when your brain says you can’t
In therapy, we’ll build the self-compassion needed to help you slow down, feel more in control, and finally breathe a little easier.
